Return Policy

  • Returns may be dropped off at the in arena Rockets Team Shop during normal hours.
  • Online orders can be returned by mailing the item to:

  • No Exchanges. Sizes and quantities are limited, please return your item and place a new order.
  • Customized/Personalized items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
  • Discounted Items are NOT eligible for returns.
  • No Returns will be accepted after 30 days from the shipment’s delivery date.

We have a 30-day return policy and our goal is to make your return simple and easy. Simply return the packing slip included with your package along with any item from your order in original condition, with tags attached, for a refund; original condition determined by RocketsShop. A prepaid shipping label can be sent to you by contacting customer service. $8.00 will be deducted from your return if a prepaid label is used.

The method of shipping the item(s) back to us is your choice; we recommend you receive a tracking number when returning your package to ensure proof of delivery. It will take 2-10 business days from the date received for the refund to appear on your credit/debit card statement. RocketsShop is not responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment.

Submit a return request

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

  1. Log in to your account:
    1. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
    2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
    3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  5. Click "Submit request".
Your return request will then be reviewed by our processing department. If you return requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. Once product is received in our distribution center, your order will be refunded. Please allow 3-5 business days for your funds to be returned to the original form of payment.

 

In-Arena Purchases:

We have a 30-day return policy and our goal is to make your return simple and easy. Simply return the item in original condition, with tags attached, for a refund; original condition determined by Rockets Team Shop.  Must have original receipt for return to be processed.

Team Store Hours:

Tuesday: 11am-5pm

Wednesday: 11am-5pm

Saturday: 10am-3pm.

Please Note:

  • All discounted merchandise purchases are final sale. These items may not be returned or exchanged. 
  • If you are returning manufacturer defective merchandise, we will pay the cost of return shipping only if you use the postage prepaid return label. Please contact our customer service team to arrange for the return.
  • All returned merchandise is subject to quality inspection and we will not accept worn/damaged merchandise for a refund. If we determine at our sole discretion that the merchandise returned is not eligible for refund, customer will be notified and must supply the RocketsShop with a prepaid shipping label or can also purchase a prepaid label for $8.00 in order to receive their items back.
  • Original shipping charges are not included in the refunded price. 
  • If items are returned by USPS because of an incorrect address, the original purchaser will be responsible for paying the additional shipping cost to resend the order. If we receive no response from the customer after 30 days, the order will be refunded minus the shipping expense.
  • Purchases made via the online store must be returned to the address listed on the packing slip included in your package. 
  • If items are returned after our 30 day return policy, we will not be able to accept your return and will donate your merchandise to a charity of our choice. A merchandise credit or refund will not be credited to your account.
  • Customized items are final sale and cannot be returned. If a customized item is returned, we will not be able to accept the return and will donate your merchandise to a charity of our choice.

  • WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACCEPTANCE, SAFEKEEPING AND/ OR RETURN OF ANY ITEMS THAT YOU SHIP TO US IN ERROR (I.E., ITEMS THAT WERE NOT PURCHASED ON OUR SITE) ("ERRONEOUS RETURN"). If we nevertheless receive and accept an Erroneous Return, we may require, in our sole discretion, that you pay a reasonable processing and shipping fee in order to cover the costs of shipping the Erroneous Return ("Return Fee") back to you. Once received, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify you and hold the Erroneous Return for a reasonable period of time not to exceed 30 days. If we are unable to contact you or we do not receive payment of the Return Fee, if any, during that time, we may destroy the Erroneous Return or donate it to a charity of our choice.
